 school art from around the state of Arizona has opened at West Valley Art 
 Museum in Surprise.\n\nThe Reflections program operates under the belief t
 hat all children deserve a quality arts education\, and encourages student
 s to pursue artistic expression through participation in the annual Reflec
 tions Program. In its more than 30-year history\, the program has encourag
 ed millions of students across the nation and in American schools overseas
  to explore their artistic talents. The Reflections Program was started in
  1969 by then Colorado PTA President Mary Lou Anderson.\n\nStart time: Tue
