 Few artists have had longer or more colorful careers than Tanya Tucker. As
  People Magazine recently wrote\, &ldquo\;she was the Taylor Swift of her 
 day.&rdquo\; Country's original teen sensation landed her first top 10 hit
 \, 1972's 'Delta Dawn\,' at 13. In 1976\, at age 15\, she had her first gr
 eatest hits collection\, a Grammy nomination and a Rolling Stone cover wit
 h the headline\, &ldquo\;I'm Tanya Tucker\, I'm 15\, You're Gonna Hear Fro
 m Me.' She continued to chart during the next three decades with such hits
  as 'What's Your Mama's Name\,' 'Texas (When I Die)' and 'Strong Enough to
  Bend.'  Tucker has won a Grammy\, two Country Music Association awards\, 
 two Academy of Country Music Awards and three CMT awards. She is the young
 est woman in pop or country history to have a boxed set of her music avail
 able to the public.\nThough Tucker has put more than 50 singles in the cou
 ntry chart's Top 40\, she quit recording when her father/manager\, Beau Tu
 cker\, died in 2006. Her newly released project 'My Turn' marks the return
  of one of country music's most powerful voices. The project covers classi
 cs by legendary male artists including Merle Haggard ('Ramblin' Fever')\, 
 George Jones ('Walk Through This World With Me')\, Hank Williams ('Lovesic
 k Blues') and Buck Owens ('Love's Gonna Live Here\,' the album's debut sin
 gle). The CD includes an endorsement from Jones\, who says\, 'There will n
