Curators Lori Toczek and George Palovich selected 43 entries out of 163 submissions. The Curators are quoted as saying they were attempting to create a leaner and more selective show this year. Some familiar names such as Bozena Anderson, Cyndy Carstens, Pamela Bleakney and Tom Deady are represented along with newcomers Sandra Branjord, Kathleen Ludwig and Anna Marie Peterson. Practically all mediums including modern fiber art using unusual materials, wood carving, bronze casting and all types of painting are on display in the Hoover Great Gallery.
