Be an Arizona Opera Street Singer! We’re establishing a corps of volunteer actors and singers who will perform opera scenes and arias in untraditional spaces. Build your resume and get performance experience with a professional opera company. Plus, get one-on-one vocal coaching with Joel Revzen, guaranteed audition slots at small roles and chorus auditions, opportunities for press coverage, two comp tickets* per opera, and more! Street Singers will perform at First Fridays and Borders Books and Music, go holiday caroling at the Biltmore and other high-traffic shopping areas, and be in front of crowds at such diverse places as Museums, Community Centers, and Parks. Auditions Sept. 20, 6pm Phoenix Boys Choir Facility 1131 East Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, 85014.
