Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art is looking for a part-time security officer to monitor galleries and comply with established security and safety procedures. Responsibilities include opening and closing the museum serving as in-gallery security personnel under the director of the Protection Services Manager. Assist with basic technical set-up, walk-thru, inspection of artworks, equipment checks, stocking brochures & turning on exhibitions components, when appropriate. High School diploma or equivalent required. Understanding & appreciation of, or study in arts desired. Previous gallery experience and work with the public preferred.
