    Class will cover fundamental principles of picture making (composition, value, color, drawing, etc.) with an emphasis on the unique qualities of pastel or the great freshness, honesty and clarity of oil as a fundamental tool used to create powerful paintings.

    Instructor: Howard Scherer: Award Winning Oil and Pastel Artist. Suitable for the beginning to Intermediate skilled artist.
