    The Irish Cultural and Learning Foundation will be starting Term 2 of the Academy of Irish and Celtic Studies. Classes are offered in Music (13 different instruments) and Language (Irish and Welsh). They will also be offering a music theory class which will cover all instruments. The academy classes are 50 minutes in length and meet once a week for 9 sessions. The schedule for Term 2 classes are as follows: 5-String Banjo (Clawhammer) on Mondays at 6:00pm 5-String Banjo (Scruggs Style) on Wednesdays at 8:00pm Accordion on Wednesdays at 8:00pm Bagpipes on Wednesdays at 6:00pm Banjo (Irish Tenor) on Wednesdays at 7:00pm Bodhran on Mondays at 5:30pm Ceili Dance on second Saturdays of the month at 1:00pm Fiddle on Mondays at 5:00pm Guitar on Mondays 7:00pm Harp on Wednesdays (Private Lessons Only) Irish Language on Tuesdays at 6:30pm Irish Step Dancing on Mondays at 6:30 pm Mandolin on Wednesdays at 7:00pm Music Theory on Thursdays at 6:30 pm Piano/Keyboard on Wednesdays at 8:00pm Pipe Band Drumming on Wednesdays at 7:00pm Welsh Language on Tuesdays 6:00pm Whistle/Flute on Mondays 6:00pm For more information and registration, please call (602) 254-6094 , or visit www.azirish.org.
