Stephen Morath's colorful, narrative paintings of the Southwest will be featured at Leslie Levy Fine Art in Scottsdale, Arizona during the month of June. Leslie Levy Fine Art has represented this popular artist for more than 25 years. At first glance Morath's paintings may appear to be simplistic, cartoon-like landscapes, but upon closer examination the viewer finds a complex storyline. Many of his paintings contain a commentary on contemporary life. Stephen also enjoys painting the Southwestern desert with its native plants, birds and animal life using a personal vision which is unique to Stephen Morath.
