Tell the children! Warn them of the danger! A new drug has emerged that will undoubtedly destroy the youth of America and send them spiraling into sin, debauchery and death. Try it just once, and they are doomed! Have no doubts, friends and neighbors, Marijuana has found its way to the shining shores... and may God have mercy on every soul! Based on the 1936 propaganda film, the Arizona premiere of Reefer Madness is a zany musical romp through the politics of yester-year... or is it the politics of today? Laugh silly as conservative nut-jobs act out their morality play about young Jimmy Harper, who has his normal, all-American life destroyed by the deadly, wicked, evil new drug known as 'reefer.' Helpful Information: Reefer Madness is intended for mature audiences only, containing drug use, adult themes and language, partial nudity and a subversive political agenda. Jimmy and Mary were so funny and Joe as Jack (and Jesus) is simply not to be missed. I had to ask if he was the dude from the Cox commercial... and ya, he is! Ha-ha! I wish I could give it 6 stars.     This was the funniest freakin' thing I've seen since... well, I guess Bat Boy. I've gone to Nearly Naked all year since that show and I have yet to be disappointed... but MAN was this show funny. I laughed so hard I almost p**d a little. The acting is great! The music rocked! The Lecturer and Jesus and 'The Stuff' lady were amazing. I saw the lead girl in 'Pulp' at Stray Cat and had no idea she could sing like that! Wow. This play was completely not what I expected and I am so pleasantly surprised. I'm definately going to see it again! Go see it! You'll thank me! Collapse

    I was very disappointed with Reefer Madness, after being really excited to see it. The male lead (Jimmy)could barely sing and the whole production was lackluster and amateur. With ticket prices over... Expand

With ticket prices over $20, I would expect better quality, especially from a company that has staged much better musical offerings the past few years... Collapse

    Just saw this show. It was a good time. Very liberal, don't go if you are uptight. Great acting and singing. I will definitely go back and see more shows at this venue.
