Día del Niño is an annual Hispanic holiday that celebrates all that is children, from their innocence to their wonderful imaginations and the hope that they bring to all. Come for a fun filled day of: papel picado, the art of Mexican cut paper, tissue paper flower making, interactive music with Julie Murillo, bilingual storytelling with Marilyn Omifunke Torres, enjoy Mariachi Alegre as they stroll through the event, Ballet Amistad performing folkloric dances, and Piñatas. Helpful Information: The zoo will remain open until 5:00pm.
