    Smithsonian Culture Fest. Everyone knows that cowboys wear Stetson hats, boots and spurs. But do you know why? This kid-centric program takes a look at the cowboy wardrobe and explores the reasons, real and imagined, they first became part of the cowboy's costume and why they still are today.
