A country school in a 'company town', Chandler's Goodyear School was located in south Chandler in the early 1900's. Examine this exhibit and learn the history of this school and how it reflects the Goodyear Company's significance to the community, the socio-economics of the times, the ups and downs of farming, as well as race relations in Arizona where school segregation was the norm until 1953.
