John Mayer studied at the Berklee College of Music before moving to Atlanta and gaining a following there. He began his career performing mostly acoustic rock and pop but has since gravitated towards the blues genre, playing with such greats like B.B. King and Eric Clapton. He currently tours with Colbie Caillat and Brett Dennen.
