Add Review/CommentPueblo Grande Museum will be hosting a lecture and rug preview on featuring Auctioneers Bruce Burnham, owner of the Burnham Trading Post in Sanders, Arizona and trader Hank Blair. Over the years as an Indian Trader Mr. Burnham has gained recognition for his dedication to the Navajo people and their art and is often called upon to lecture on Navajo culture and their arts and crafts. He and his family are organizing the rug auction and have brought in exquisite examples of what will be auctioned off at Pueblo Grande Museums Navajo Rug Auction. The Navajo Rug Auction will begin at 10:00am with a preview and bidding will begin at 12:00pm. A portion of the proceeds from the auction will go to benefit the Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park Auxiliary. The auction will be a wonderful event with free museum admission, beautiful rugs and frybread. Come and enjoy the sites and sounds and have a traditional Native American frybread taco!
