Add Review/CommentThe annual PTA Reflections exhibition of grade school and middle school art from around the state of Arizona has opened at West Valley Art Museum in Surprise. The Reflections program operates under the belief that all children deserve a quality arts education, and encourages students to pursue artistic expression through participation in the annual Reflections Program. In its more than 30-year history, the program has encouraged millions of students across the nation and in American schools overseas to explore their artistic talents. The Reflections Program was started in 1969 by then Colorado PTA President Mary Lou Anderson.
