    After purchasing 6 tickets we drove from Surprise to see the show. When we got there there was some hubbub, we were not seated right away. Finally when we were escorted to our seats, my out of town... Expand

    After purchasing 6 tickets we drove from Surprise to see the show. When we got there there was some hubbub, we were not seated right away. Finally when we were escorted to our seats, my out of town relatives were sat right in front of Beam/structure like, and they and the rest of us were split up amongst Back Row tables!!! We spoke up and told them we were a family and wanted to be seated together, so my guest suggested they put out a row of chairs up front but against the wall, for us to watch the show from. What happened?? They sold me the tickets, they were NOT ready for us, THEY didn't seem to care that we got lousy seating and treatment!! I will never go to Palm Ddinner Theatre again!!!!!!!! Pioneer Pepper apologized to us for the mess, but never offered us better seating?? The young manager could care less about our discomfort and seating. We should not have been sold the tickets if they didn't have appropriate seating for us!! SOOO Disapointed!! Collapse
