Add Review/Comment'As the centerpiece of the Heard Museum experience, Home will give visitors an unparalleled look into the arts and cultures of Southwestern Native peoples,' says Frank H. Goodyear, Jr., director of the Heard Museum. The central theme of Home reflects the importance of family, community, land and languages - commonalities that play an important role in the lives of all Native people. These stories will be told through first-person recollections, photomurals and objects from the museum's 32,000-piece collection - many of which are new and important additions acquired since 1984, when the museum's former long-term exhibition opened.
