This new version of Seussical by the Tony Award winning team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, was created in honor of the 100th anniversary of Dr. Seuss. Many of Dr. Seuss's most famous stories and characters are woven together in unexpected ways. Meet Horton the elephant, a sympathetic hero, jeered by other jungle animals. Meet Gertrude McFuzz, an interesting bird and Mayze, who abandoned her egg! This one-hour Seussical focuses on Horton's story and the Who's of Whoville, narrated by Seuss favorite The Cat in the Hat -- and it is a triumph. Most enjoyed by ages four and older. Credits: A Version for Young Audiences adapted by Jeff Church. Book by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty. Co-Conceived by Eric Idle. Lyrics by Lynn Ahrens. Music by Stephen Flaherty. Co-Conceived by Lynn Ahrens, Stephen Flaherty and Eric Idle. Based on the works of Dr. Seuss.

How much fun! My kids love the books and had so much fun watching the characters up on stage. Great production by Childsplay.
