Phoenix Theatre is proud to present the world premiere production of Dream A Little Dream: The Life and Times of The Mamas and the Papas. Based upon the popular Off-Broadway, one-man show of the same name, this new work, co-written by one of the original members, follows the meteoric rise of the 1960's era folk/rock quartet that took the country by storm during their brief, but eventful heyday. Called 'musical pioneers' by some critics of their era and 'faintly fluffy hippies' by others, the show features such modern hits as 'California Dreamin,' 'Got a Feelin,' and 'Monday, Monday.' This show will also be directed by Producing Artistic Director, Michael Barnard. Photo Credit: Laura Durant

One of the best musicals I have seen in years with some of the most talented actors ever. They captured the essence of the Mammas and the Pappas. Unfortunately I only caught the last performance. I would have gone again. Can't say enough about this event. A big thanks to everyone involved in bringing this musical to life. Collapse
