Sixty years after the first concert in February 1949, the Phoenix Boys Choir culminates its anniversary celebration during this memorable concert featuring the world premiere of a new commissioned piece by composer James DeMars written on a Native American text by Eric Manuelito. Also included is a celebration of three of the most prominent classical music composers: Franz Joseph Haydn, Georg Friedrich Haendel and Felix Mendelssohn. *R. Carols Nakai will not be accompanying the Phoenix Boys Choir during this performance
