Add Review/CommentPoor Players and Into Theatre present staged readings of Samuel Beckett's 'Play,' and August Strindberg's Miss Julie, adapted by Helen Cooper. A cast of three explore the absurdist classic Play. Both comic and chilling, Play explores a common affair set in a purgatorial wasteland. Immediately following Play, the same cast will present a reading of Helen Cooper's searing and passionate adaptation of Strindberg's classic tale of sexual/social politics, Miss Julie.
