Patti needs to find a new gig (and the stuff she does at Space 55 ISN'T IT). This is a tired character, and she is a tired actress. I find it comical how she is trying to get "edgy" by doing stuff at the run-down Space 55, and yet she continues to do the same old fare! Collapse

My sisters and I took our mother for a (very)belated Mother's Day present last weekend. We have seen all of the LNC shows, including the Christmas one, and have found this one to be no less enjoyable than the rest. Be prepared to hear about baptizing aliens and the rest of God's creatures! The Newlywed game was a blast. The only criticism I have is not of the show itself but of the theater's lack of preparedness. The lobby is barren, no real snack bar and no wine. I hope this is temporary! Collapse

My 2 best friends and I were on a girl's weekend to Phoenix and thought this would be the perfect play to see. Wrong! The talent was good (their singing voices- amazing), but there was some x rated stuff that was so innappropriate and not funny at all. Most of the play was filled with crude talk and behavior; it was bad, really bad. The only redeeming value was it encouraged the women to stick with their men. So, if you are just looking for good, clean fun, go somewhere else for sure. Collapse

After attending the first Late Nite Catechism performance a few years ago, I looked forward to this one, but was very bored and couldn't wait for it to end, even after the intermission when the game began. Patti has lost her touch and has burned out from playing "Sister" for too long. Patti, we need to you to PICK ON us again!! Collapse

I'm talking about the play of course, not my actual first time. That was kind of lame. This play makes light of mishaps like mine in a smart and funny way. The actors do a great job with their variety of silly, serious and sexual characters. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and so did my husband. I encourage everyone who has a sense of humor about sex to see this show! Collapse

I had attended Li's similar concert last Friday in La Jolla, CA, and I was left somewhat disappointed. Last night, at Scottsdale Center, Li's performance satisfied all the high expectations I had from listening to his recordings. This included the satisfaction of hearing Chopin played with good expression without mannerism, with much brillance without exhibition. In regard to an exhibition, his performance of the work of Mussorgsky left me the best and lasting impression. To the point of thinking that perhaps Li's somewhat skimpy attitude of not giving an encore could have had that itention. Now I am left with a curiosity: will I ever have the experience of attending a piano concert that tops this one? Collapse
