    Chandler Museum

The Chandler Museum was established under the Chandler Historical Society in 1969 as a non-profit organization to preserve the rich history and heritage of Chandler. The history of Chandler is unique and unlike that of any other southwestern United States city or town. There are continuous special events, new exhibits and ongoing outreach programs taking place at the Chandler Museum and throughout the community. Take a closer look at our exhibits, membership programs and volunteer opportunities online or better yet, take a stroll through historic downtown Chandler and visit the Chandler Museum!

The Chandler Museum collects, preserves and interprets artifacts, documents, photographs and other material related to the history and diversity of Chandler and central Arizona. Through its tours and other outreach programs, the museum enhances understanding of the development of our community and state, and fosters appreciation for individuals and events that have shaped history.
