Mosaico Flamenco

Mosaico is one of the most innovative and inspiring new acoustic flamenco groups in the USA. This versatile group has combined the passionate uplifting character of flamenco with the mystical and musical sound of the Nuevo Southwest. Mosaico performs their own original music incorporating guitar, bass, flute, violin, piano, and percussion inspired from Spain, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Mosaico was originally created in Sedona, where it developed its own sound. Sedona was home to Perrault brothers, Monte and Max. The brothers spend hours and hours composing tranquil and beautiful melodies prior to the advent of "New Age" music.

    I thought it was a very nice thing to do with friends or even a romantic night. You can sit outsite have snacks and drinks, they played nice music, the dancers were interesting... I went there several times and even took some friends and they all enjoyed it. Besides, it's a free event, in Scottsdale in a very nice resort what else can you ask for? The only problem is that gets kinda full and it's hard to find a good table, but if it was bad wouldn't be full right? Enjoy! Collapse

    I went with a friend and was extremely disappointed with the dancing and music. The dancers seemed very amateurish and at times seemed to be clogging. The music was all over the map and even had parts that sounded Celtic. Would definitely not recommend them for anyone looking for authentic flamenco. Collapse

    Our family spent a few days at the Gainey Ranch last week and my daughter and I were blessed to hear this band. They were definitely wonderful! We were also lucky to be able to purchase a couple of their cd's which we also had autographed by the band. My kids love them! We would definitely suggest Mosaico to everyone!! Collapse
