My wife and I are recent Seattle transplants that have seen the best of what theatre can offer. And I’m a huge Oscar Wilde fan. When I heard this company was doing this play I couldn’t wait to see it. We were blown away. The actor playing Oscar was brilliant. The rest of the cast were equally as amazing in all their various roles. This company should be commended on the masterful staging and direction of this play. Not a production to miss. Collapse

One of Broadway Palm's best shows! It's almost impossible to stay in your seat, you just want to be on your feet dancing. Todd Meredith is perfect as Buddy and the rest of the cast are amazing as well. Don't leave until the curtain goes down and the lights come up - the show is NOT over when you think it is. You will miss an amazing ending if you leave too soon. Collapse

I saw this on saturday night and fell in love with this show. The women in this show are so great and totally believable. Normally in a show with 5 women you would expect one to stand out over the others. With this show every woman in the cast is phenomenal. A very talented cast. My only dissapointment is that its only two weekends and I wont get a chance to see it again. Collapse

At first I was a little worried being one of very few audience members, but I figured it was only $15 so what did I have to lose? However, I can honestly say that from the very first note of the show I was very impressed. The cast is made up four amazing performers that more than fill the space with sound with out the aide of mics. I have listened to Songs For A New World for years, but not until I actually saw it performed did I really appreciate the stories told of the songs. While the first Act is definitely the more upbeat of the two Acts, my favorite moments took place in Act Two; Aimee Lucas's "Christmas Lullably", Damon Bolling & Ms. Lucas's "I'll Give All For You" and Mandy Roses's "Flagmaker" each brought a tear to my eye. While this production may have an occasional flaw, it's was an overall great show. It is a shame there was not many there to see it. I hope this talented cast gets the audience they deserve. I saw this show on opening night with 6 of my girlfriends on a 'girls night out' and what a hoot! 5 amazing actresses playing 5 very funny women. Great show! Must see!

I will start with the young actors in the production of Mulan Jr. The ancestors who are the narrators of the tale all do a wonderful job with exspressive facial expressions. Grandma fa played by young Jessica was the true star of the show who had a great feel for the character. Mulan played by Sierra has a wonderful voice but I think she was miscast as the role of Mulan, she didn't remind me at all of the disney's character, which she should. Mushu was played by Jaylia who was great at the role she moved just like a dragon with a wonderful belt! The Matchmaker played by Danielle interpretation of the role was different from the disney movie but still great!Captain Shang was played by Yichao who had a good stage presence. Director did a good job bringing the disney movie to life. The Costumes and Lighting were dissapointing. The sets were simple and sweet. Overall I was impressed. Thank you to Phoenix Theatre! I saw "The Buddy Holly Story" last weekend and it was incredible! The music was amazing and the actors and musicians were top-notch. Even my 13-year old son had a good time. A great night out.
